The percentage of the shares of RM0.50 each allotted pursuant to the Bonus Issue is as follows: i) Dato' Koon Poh Keong - 105,031,906 (9.55%) ii) Datin Khoo Ee Pheng - 13,589,700 (1.24%) iii) Alpha Milestone Sdn Bhd - 65,000,000 (5.91%) E. This announcement is also made to comply with Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. F. The percentage of holdings is based on the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of 1,099,537,932 shares.
