C. Alpha Milestone Sdn Bhd is a corporation associated with the Director, Mr Koon Poh Ming by virtue of Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965. D. The percentage of the shares of RM0.50 each allotted pursuant to the Bonus Issue is as follows: i) Koon Poh Ming - 27,833,439 (2.53%) ii) Ong Soo Fan - 11,700,000 (1.06%) iii) Alpha Milestone Sdn Bhd - 65,000,000 (5.91%) E.
