(Reference is made to the announcement dated 28 September 2020 in relation to the above (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcement.)
On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the issue price for the second and final tranche of the Private Placement comprising 26,300,000 Placement Shares has been fixed on 20 October 2020 at RM0.255 per Placement Share (“Price-Fixing Date”).
The issue price of RM0.255 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0244 or 8.73% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Salcon Shares up to 19 October 2020, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date, of RM0.2794 per Salcon Share.
