Pursuant to paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of the financial assistance provided by Kencana Kesuma Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Salcon, for the first quarter from 1 January 2021 to 31 March 2021 which is necessary to facilitate the ordinary course of business of the following Companies within the Salcon Group, are as below:-

The provision of financial assistance as set out above have no financial impact on the net assets and earnings per share of Salcon Group for the financial period ended 31 March 2021.
