On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the Private Placement has been completed today.
A total of 165,300,000 new Salcon Shares were placed out pursuant to the Private Placement. The 139,000,000 and 26,300,000 Placement Shares, being the first and final tranche of the Placement Shares, were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 22 October 2020 and 2 November 2020, respectively.
