(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSALS")

We refer to the announcements dated 22 March 2022, 12 April 2022, 13 April 2022, 28 April 2022, 18 May 2022 and 17 June 2022 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that based on the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue of Shares at 5.00 p.m. on 4 July 2022 (“Bonus Shares Entitlement Date”), the following securities will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares:

(i)             253,377,384 Bonus Shares; and

(ii)            73,740,323 Adjustment Warrants A.

The Bonus Shares and Adjustment Warrants A will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 5 July 2022, being the next market day after the Bonus Shares Entitlement Date.

Following the above, the enlarged issued share capital of Sersol will be RM34,670,525 comprising 542,951,684 Sersol Shares.
