The Board of Directors of Sersol Berhad wishes to announce that the Company through a consortium formed with the following parties led by SMTrack Berhad [Registration No. 200401000918 (639421-X)] (“Consortium”), had on 17 January 2022 entered into a Heads of Agreement with 5G Infra Tech Solution Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201401000270 (1076340-V)] (“5G Infra Tech”) to invest through redeemable convertible preference shares in 5G Infra Tech:

 

a)  Country Heights Holding Berhad [Registration No 198401006901 (119416-K)]

b)  Jiankun International Berhad [Registration No 198301015973 (111365-U)]

c)  Techna-X Berhad [Registration No 200601012477 (732227-T)]

d)  MQ Technology Berhad [Registration No 200301033383 (635804-H)]
