- Memorandum of Understanding entered between Sersol e-Solutions Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and Eminent Display Sdn. Bhd.

The Board of Directors of Sersol wishes to announce that Sersol e-Solutions Sdn. Bhd., (“Sersol e-Solutions”) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had on 30 June 2022 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Eminent Display Sdn. Bhd. (“Eminent”) with the intention for Sersol e-Solutions to evaluate the business viability of Eminent prior to entering into a sale and purchase agreement for the acquisition of shares in Eminent.
