SECUREMETRIC BERHAD ("SECUREMETRIC" OR THE "COMPANY")

COMPLETION OF SPONSORSHIP TENURE

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Securemetric, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to inform that the Company has complied with Rule 3.21(1)(a) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad where an applicant must secure and maintain the services of a Sponsor for at least 3 full financial years after its admission to the Official List. Securemetric was listed and admitted to the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 13 November 2018. The Company no longer requires a Sponsor after its financial year ending 31 December 2021.

 

Therefore, TA Securities shall cease to act as the Sponsor of the Company with effect from 1 January 2022.
