SECUREMETRIC BERHAD ("SECUREMETRIC" OR THE "COMPANY")

PRIVATE PLACEMENT

We refer to the announcements made on 22 March 2021, 24 March 2021, 1 April 2021, 5 April 2021, 23 July 2021 and 2 August 2021 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

As at the date of this announcement, the Company had issued 40,476,000 Placement Shares at RM0.139 each pursuant to the Private Placement. The Placement Shares were listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 3 August 2021.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company does not intend to place any further Placement Shares pursuant to the Private Placement. As a result, the Private Placement is deemed completed.
