Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 13 May 2022 on the Federal Court Leave Application for the three appeals and the Company's announcement dated 1 August 2019.

 

The High Court has fixed 4 March 2024 to 8 March 2024 for trial for both Suit No.: WA-22NCVC-258-04/2019 and Suit No.: WA-22NCVC-374-05/2019, which will be heard together.

 

Further announcement on the material development of the matter will be made by the Company as and when necessary.
