Outcome of Meeting

The Board of Sunzen Biotech Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting (“14th AGM”) of the Company dated 30 April 2019 and the Addendum to the Notice dated 31 May 2019, respectively were duly passed as Ordinary/ Special Resolution(s) by way of a poll at the 14th AGM of the Company held on Tuesday, 18 June 2019 at 11.00 a.m.

 

The results of the poll which were validated by TMF Global Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company, are set out below.
