Kindly be advised that TDEX's:

i) additional 85,196,350 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each issued pursuant to the aforesaid Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 26 September 2013; and

ii) 85,196,350 Warrants issued pursuant to the aforesaid Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing and quotation of these Warrants on the ACE Market will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 26 September 2013.

The Stock Short Name, ISIN Code and Stock Number of the Warrants are "TDEX-WA", "MYQ0132WAS94" and "0132WA" respectively.
