Renounceable rights issue of up to 85,196,350 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in Technodex Bhd (TDEX) (Rights Share(s)) together with up to 85,196,350 free detachable warrants (Warrant(s)) on the basis of one (1) Rights Share together with one (1) free Warrant for every three (3) existing ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in TDEX ("TDEX Share(s)" or "Share(s)") held at 5.00 P.M. on 27 August 2013 (Rights Issue with Warrants).

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - Rights Issue" ] as from : [ 23 August 2013 ]

2) The last date of lodgement : [ 27 August 2013 ]

3) Retention Money : Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned :-

a) Selling Broker to deduct [ 1/4 ] , of the Selling Price against the Selling Client.

b) Buying Broker to deduct [ 10% ] of the Purchase Price against the Buying Client.

c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of [ 1/4 ] of the Transacted Price is applicable.
