| The Bonus Issue entails the issuance of up to 96,000,000 new Shares ("Bonus Shares"), to be credited as fully paid-up, to Technodex's shareholders on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every one (1) Share held in the Company, whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 10 December 2007 ("Entitlement Date"). The date of listing and quotation for up to 96,000,000 Bonus Shares shall be 11 December 2007, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date. The Share Registrar of Technodex will issue and despatch notices of allotment to all entitled shareholders by 17 December 2007. This announcement is dated 26 November 2007. |
