Reference is made to the Company’s Circular to Shareholders dated 14 June 2021 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition and Proposed Diversification (“Circular”) and the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) dated 14 June 2021 in respect of the EGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 29 June 2021 at 3.30 p.m. or immediately after the conclusion or adjournment (as the case maybe) of the 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be held at the same venue and on the same day at 2.00 p.m., whichever is later, or at any adjournment thereof.

Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular.

In view of the Prime Minister's Office had on 11 June 2021 announced the extension of the full movement control order in Malaysia for another fourteen (14) days commencing 15 June 2021 until 28 June 2021 (“FMCO”) to curb the sharp increase in COVID-19 infection and the emergence of several new variants which are more lethal and have a higher rate of infectivity.

The Board of Directors of TFP wishes to inform that the EGM shall be deferred to a later date which will be notified in due course after taken due consideration of the FMCO to curb the sharp increase in COVID-19 infections in Malaysia.

Shareholders are reminded to check the Company’s website and announcements of the Company from time to time for any changes to the arrangement or mode of holding the EGM of the Company.
