We refer to the Company’s announcement on 26 February 2016 (“First Announcement”) wherein it was announced that the Company is an affected listed issuer pursuant to Guidance Note 3 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“ACE LR”), the subsequent announcements on 16 May 2016, 27 June 2016, 22 July 2016, 26 August 2016, 30 September 2016, 28 April 2017, 3 May 2017, 25 May 2017, 29 June 2017 and 3 January 2020, and the monthly announcements in relation to Guidance Note 3 of the ACE LR.

On 3 January 2020, the Company announced, amongst others, that Bursa Securities had granted an extension of time until 2 April 2020 for the Company to appoint a Sponsor.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that TA Securities Holdings Berhad has been appointed as the Sponsor to the Company, effective from 1 April 2020, pursuant to Rule 8.04(3)(a)(ii) of the ACE LR.
