Further to the First announcement dated 26 February 2016 and the subsequent announcements made by the Company on 29 February 2016, 1 March 2016, 6 April 2016,13 May 2016, 1 June 2016, 1 July 2016, 1 August 2016,1 September 2016 and 4 October 2016, respectively.

The Board of Directors of Wintoni wishes to announce that the Company has yet to finalise formulating of the plan to regularise its financial condition.

Premised on the First Announcement, the Company is required to submit a Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities by 26 February 2017 which is approximately 4 months from the date hereof.

Further announcement(s) in relation to the development of the above matter will be made in due course.
