Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 5 November 2019 and 2 December 2019 in compliance with the Guidance Note 3 of ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“Listing Requirements”).

At this juncture, the Company is still awaiting Bursa Securities’ decision on the appeal against its delisting and request for an extension of time of 6 months from the date of approval being granted for the Company to submit the regularisation plan. The Company is also committed towards completing its audited financial statements within the said 6 months.

With regards to its business operations, Teampixel Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has recently commenced its business operation and secured an offtake agreement as announced on 20 December 2019 and 23 December 2019 .
