Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 5 November 2019, 2 December 2019, 2 January 2020, 3 February 2020, 2 March 2020, 1 April 2020, 4 May 2020, 1 June 2020, 1 July 2020, 3 August 2020, 1 September 2020, 1 October 2020, 2 November 2020, 1 December 2020 and 4 January 2021 in compliance with GN3 of the Listing Requirements (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

Further to the Company’s announcement on 30 November 2020 in relation to the Company’s submission of an application to Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad (“Bursa”) to be granted an extension of time of up to four (4) months to appoint a replacement Sponsor, and for Bursa to grant the Company up to 30 June 2021 to submit its proposed regularisation plan, Bursa vide its letter dated 13 January 2021 has granted the Company up to 1 March 2021 to appoint a replacement sponsor and up to 30 June 2021 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities. An immediate announcement to this effect had been made on 13 January 2021.

Safe for the above, the Board wishes to inform that there is no material development on the regularisation plan and the GN3 status of the Company. The Board is currently in the midst of evaluating options available to formulate a plan to regularise its financial condition.
