Further to the Company’s announcement dated 28 February 2017, the Company wishes to clarify that Wintoni is unable to submit its Fourth Quarter Results by 28 February 2017 due to pending some matters to be resolved with the subsidiary. The Company also wishes to inform that it is aware of the provisions contained in Rule 9.28(5) of ACE LR that, if Wintoni fails to issue the outstanding Fourth Quarter Results within five (5) market days after the expiry of the Timeframe (the last day of this five (5) market days period is referred to as “Suspension Deadline”), in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, Bursa Securities shall suspend trading in the securities of Wintoni. The suspension shall be effected on the next market day after the Suspension Deadline, which is 8 March 2017. This announcement is dated 2 March 2017. |
