Further to the First announcement dated 26 February 2016 and the subsequent announcements made by the Company on 29 February 2016, 1 March 2016, 6 April 2016,13 May 2016, 1 June 2016, 1 July 2016, 1 August 2016,1 September 2016, 4 October 2016, 1 November 2016,1 December 2016, 3 January 2017 and 3 February 2017, respectively.

The Board of Directors of Wintoni wishes to announce that the Company is in the process of formulating its regularisation plan and there are no material developments since the announcements made previously on its proposed regularisation plan. M&A Securities Sdn Bhd, on behalf of the Company, has on 15 February 2017 submitted an application for an extension of time of six (6) months up to 26 August 2017 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“EOT Application”). The outcome of the EOT Application will be announced upon the decision received from Bursa Securities.

Save as disclosed above, there are no other significant developments on the Company’s regularisation plan since the announcements made previously.
