WINTONI GROUP BERHAD ("WINTONI" OR "THE COMPANY")

Further to the Company's announcement on 5th November 2019 in compliance with the GN3 of Listing Requirement of Bursa Malaysia Securities ("Bursa Securities"), the Company wishes to inform that at this juncture, the Companu is still awaiting for Bursa Secutiies approval of the following :

 

1. Extension of time to submit the regularisation plan; and

2. Extension of time to complete the backlog of the Audited Accounts and Quarterly Results of the Company.

 

In regards to the opeations of the Company,a new subisdiary namely Teampixel Sdn. Bhd. was duly acquired on 29 October 2019 to carry out businesses in ICT Software Trading, Consultancy and Sales & Marketing.

 

The Company also wishes to inform that the audit of the Company's backlogged accounts is in progress.
