Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 5 November 2019, 2 December 2019, 2 January 2020, 3 February 2020, 2 March 2020 and 1 April 2020 in compliance with GN3 of the Listing Requirements (“Announcements”).Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Company has on 1 April 2020 announced the appointment of TA Securities Holdings Berhad as the Sponsor to the Company pursuant to Rule 8.04(3)(a)(ii) of the Listing Requirements.

The Board of Directors of Wintoni is in the midst of evaluating options available to formulate a plan to regularise its financial condition and there is no other material development on the regularisation plan and the GN3 status of the Company. The Company has approximately two(2) months until 2 July 2020 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.

Meanwhile, the Company is finalising the audited accounts of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 as well as the Company’s annual report.
