In relation to the Company’s  appeal against de-listing, the new Board ( who were appointed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 20 June 2017) has submitted the plans and new direction on how to improve the financial performance of the Group together with the new direction of the Group to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. It also been taken cognizance of the interest of all shareholders and intend to put it on the right footing to be a ongoing listed Company.

Save for the above, the Sponsor namely M&A Securities Sdn Bhd has tendered their resignation earlier this year. The Company or the New Board and New Management has approached them on their re-appointment.

Any new development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
