Reference is made to the announcements dated 9 May 2016 and 11 August 2016 in relation to the Company's delay in submission of the Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2015.

On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd ("M&A Securities") has submitted an application dated 31 October 2016 to seek the indulgence of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") from commencing delisting procedures against the Company pursuant to Rule 9.28(6) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("ACE LR") (“Indulgence”). 

M&A Securities, on behalf of the Company, is pleased to announce that after due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the case, Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 9 November 2016 resolved to approve the Company's Indulgence application pursuant to Rule 9.28(6) of the ACE LR, pending the submission of the 2015 Annual Report ("2015 Annual Report"). In the event that the Company fails to issue the 2015 Annual Report by 30 November 2016, Bursa Securities shall immediately commence delisting procedures against the Company.
