We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 3 January 2020 in relation to the proposed regularisation plan (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Wintoni (“Board”), TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) has on 12 June 2020 submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek approval for an extension of time until 1 January 2021 for the Company to submit its proposed regularisation plan to Bursa Securities.
