Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 26 February 2016 wherein it was announced that it is an affected listed issuer under Guidance Note 3 (“GN3”) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“ACE Market LR”) as it has triggered the prescribed criteria under Rule 8.04, Paragraphs 2.1(a) and 2.1(b) of GN3. Pursuant to the requirements under GN3 of the ACE Market LR, the Company is required to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities by 26 February 2017 ("Submission Timeframe"). On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that it had on 15 February 2017 submitted an application to Bursa Securities to extend the Submission Timeframe of six (6) months up to 26 August 2017. This announcement is dated 15 February 2017. |
