Further to the Company's annoucement dated 15 March 2016, the Board of Directors of Wintoni wishes to announce that the parties were able to arrive at a settlement of the dispute (by way of a consent order), with the Respondent, Kang Choon Leu @ Kang Chee Sim agreeing to provide the Company with photocopies of the attendance lists and proxy forms in his possession in respect of the EGM of the Company dated 11 September 2015 within three (3) weeks, and for the Company to pay RM10.00 per page of the said photocopies.

In view thereof, the Court of Appeal ordered for the said High Court decision to be set aside, save for the order of costs of RM3,000 that is to be paid to the Respondent.

Any further material development will be announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
