We refer to the announcement made on 20 December 2019, in relation to the Offtake Agreement ("Agreement") between Teampixel Sdn Bhd ("Teampixel"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of WIntoni Group Berhad ("Wintoni" or "Company"), and Pink  Mount Express Sdn Bhd ("Pink Mount")("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

Further to the Company's announcement dated 20 December 2019 , the Board of Directors' of Wintoni wishes to clarify that the co-opeartion in the importation, distribution and sale of the Prodcuts in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and China ("Territory") as stipulated in the Agreement between between Teampixel and Pink Mount, will be by way of Pink Mount's distribution of the Products in the Territory on behalf of Teampixel.
