Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 3 May 2017 relating to the application for an extension of time to appoint a Sponsor.

In this regard, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide its letter dated 24 May 2017, decided to grant the Company an extension of time up to 28 July 2017 for the Company to appoint a Sponsor.

The aforesaid extension of time is without prejudice to Bursa Securities' right to proceed to suspend the trading of the listed securities of Wintoni and to de-list the Company in the event:-

(i) the Company fails to appoint a Sponsor on or before 28 July 2017;

(ii) the Company fails to make the Requisite Announcement on or before 16 June 2017;

(iii) the Company fails to submit a regularisation plan to Bursa Securities on or before 26 August 2017;

(iv) the Company fails to obtain the approval from any of the regulatory authorities necessary for the implementation of its regularisation plan; and

(v) the Company fails to implement its regularisation plan within the time frame or extended time frame stipulated by any of the regulatory authorities.

Upon occurence of any of the events set out in (i) to (v) above, Bursa Securities shall suspend the trading of the listed securities of Wintoni on the 6th market day after the date of notification of suspension by Bursa Securities and de-list the Company, subject to the Company's right to appeal against the delisting.
