Pursuant to Rule 9.28(3) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements (“ACE LR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Company wishes to announce that it is unable to submit its Fourth Quarter Results by 28 February 2017 (“Timeframe”) to Bursa Securities as required under the Rule 9.22(1) of the ACE LR due to pending consolidation of financial results of one of the Company’s subsidiary.

The Company also wishes to inform that it is aware of the provisions contained in Rule 9.28(5) of ACE LR that, if Wintoni fails to issue the outstanding Fourth Quarter Results within five (5) market days after the expiry of the Timeframe (the last day of this five (5) market days period is referred to as “Suspension Deadline”), in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, Bursa Securities shall suspend trading in the securities of Wintoni. The suspension shall be effected on the next market day after the Suspension Deadline and will be uplifted on the market day following the issuance of the outstanding Fourth Quarter Results unless otherwise determined by Bursa Securities.

Wintoni is in the midst of finalising the outstanding Fourth Quarter Results and is expecting to submit its Fourth Quarter Results to Bursa Securities by 30 April 2017.
