Wintoni Group Berhad ("Wintoni" or "the Company")
- Appointment of the Sponsor to the Company pursuant to Rule 8.04(3)(a)(ii) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements

Reference is made to the Company's First Announcement dated 26 February 2016, 16 May 2016, 27 June 2016, 22 July 2016 and 26 August 2016, respectively as well as the subsequent monthly announcements relating to GN3 (“Announcements”).

The Board of Directors of Wintoni wishes to announce that M&A Securities Berhad has been appointed as the Sponsor to the Company pursuant to Rule 8.04(3)(a)(ii) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements.

Henceforth, the Company is looking forward to formulate and submit a regularisation plan. An announcement on the details of the regularisation plan will be made in due course.
