Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those in the announcement in relation to the execution of Binding Agreement on 17 November 2021.

Reference is made to the announcements dated 17 November 2021 and 14 February 2022 in relation to the Binding Agreement.

The Company wishes to announce that the Company and TIZA Global Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Citaglobal Sdn Bhd) have mutually agreed via a second supplemental letter agreement dated 15 April 2022 (“Second Supplemental Letter”) to further extend the Expiry Date for a period of one month from 16 April 2022 to 16 May 2022 so as to provide the parties with additional time to negotiate, finalise and execute the Definitive Agreement.

Save for the above, all the terms and provisions of the Binding Agreement shall remain in full force and continue to take effect and be binding to the parties of the Binding Agreement as if the same were specifically set out in the Second Supplemental Letter.
