Description 
WZ Satu Berhad ("the Company" or "WZ Satu") - Proposed Acquisition of the entire equity interest in Citaglobal Hospitality Sdn. Bhd.

The Board of Directors of WZ Satu wishes to announce that WZ Satu had on 29 April 2022 entered into a conditional share purchase agreement with TIZA Global Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Citaglobal Sdn Bhd) (“TIZA Global”) for the proposed acquisition by WZ Satu of 3,600,000 ordinary shares in Citaglobal Hospitality Sdn Bhd ("CHSB"), representing the entire equity interest in CHSB from TIZA Global, for a cash consideration of RM1,500,000.
