The Board of British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad wishes to announce a change in the composition of Remuneration Committee with Mr. Hendrik Stoel ceasing to be a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 21 May 2018.

The composition of the Remuneration Committee after the change is as follows:
