The Board of Directors of NTHB wishes to announce that the Company proposed to seek for shareholders' approval on the Proposed Amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company ("Constitution") ('Proposed Amendments") at the forthcoming Twenty-first (21st) Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Proposed Amendments are to streamline the Company's Constitution to be in line with the Companies Act 2016.

A Circular containing the details of Proposed Amendments will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
