Following the Movement Control Order 3.0 ("MCO 3.0") announced by the Government of Malaysia on 10 May 2021 to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had on 21 May 2021 granted a 1-month extension of time until 30 June 2021 and 31 July 2021 for listed issuers to issue their quarterly reports and annual reports that include annual audited financial statements and the auditors' and directors' reports, which are due by 31 May 2021 and 30 June 2021 respectively.

In consideration of the challenges faced by the Company and its subsidiaries during the current situation, the Board of Directors of NTHB wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the said extension of time granted by Bursa Securities to release and submit its Unaudited Quarterly Report for period ended 30 April 2021 by 31 July 2021.
