Eversendai Corporation Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that it intends to seek the approval of shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming Fifteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be covened on 31 May 2018:-


(i) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Existing Recurrent Related Party Transactions and the Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Additional Recurrent Related Party        Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and

(ii) Proposed Authority to the Company to Purchase its Own Shares

(collectively to be referred to as the "Proposals").

The Circular detailing the Proposals will be dispatched to the shareholders together with the 2017 Annual Report of the Company in due course.
