We refer to the announcements made on 22 March 2021, 24 March 2021 and 1 April 2021 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of Securemetric, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 2 April 2021, approved the listing and quotation of up to 107,176,000 new Securemetric Shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement subject to the following conditions:

(i)    Securemetric and TA Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Private Placement;

(ii)   Securemetric and TA Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Private Placement; and

(iii)  Securemetric to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Private Placement is completed.
