The Board of Directors of Securemetric Berhad (“Securemetric” or “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Joget, Inc (“Joget”) on 16 January 2020 towards a strategic partnership to develop technological solutions by utilising cross-technology innovation between themselves. Securemetric and Joget (collectively, “Parties”) have named their collaboration as the Joget-SMetric Collaboration.
