The Board of Directors of Securemetric Berhad (“Securemetric” or “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Innov8tif Solutions Sdn Bhd (“Innov8tif”) on 16 January 2020 towards a strategic partnership to develop technological solutions by utilising cross-technology innovation between themselves. Securemetric and Innov8tif (collectively, “Parties”) have named their collaboration as the SMetric-Innov8tif Collaboration.
