Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 15 January 2019 pertaining to the Company’s investment in PT Privy Identitas Digital. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the following additional information:-

1. Terms of payment

The Subscription Price of IDR20,250,000,000 was paid to PrivyID in full immediately upon the execution of the Agreements on 15 January 2020.

2. Prospects of PrivyID

PrivyID will focus on growing the SaaS Platform to enable businesses to manage its end-to-end digital documents and approvals. PrivyID also plans to convert its existing customers into a subscription model to increase and enhance its recurring income.

In order to achieve the above, PrivyID will enlarge its current sales team. PrivyID will also launch more aggressive digital marketing campaigns to create more customer awareness of its branding and solutions.

By leveraging on Securemetric’s technology, PrivyID will be able to improve its users’ experience and create more value for its customers.

PrivyID will develop more features into its solutions in order to expand its business to include large enterprises with more strict and stringent document security policies.
