We refer to the announcements made on 11 March 2019, 31 July 2019, 20 August 2019, 23 October 2019 and 18 November 2019 in relation to the Company’s non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement set out in Rule 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of Securemetric wishes to announce that based on the Record of Depositors of the Company as at 15 January 2020, the Company’s public shareholding spread was 31.61%.

Accordingly, the Company has complied with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Rule 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements.
