We refer to the announcements made on 21 May 2020, 22 May 2020 and 16 June 2020 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of Securemetric, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 17 June 2020 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for 48,730,000 Placement Shares at RM0.107 each (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price of RM0.107 is at a discount of RM0.0114 or 9.63% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Securemetric Shares up to and including 16 June 2020, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date, of RM0.1184 per Securemetric Share.
