(2)Jejak Progresif Sdn Bhd ("JPSB")has on 24 July 2014 acquired 230,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.20 each via direct business transaction. Chan Tet Eu is deemed to have an indirect interest in TTB shares held through JPSB pursuant to Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965.
