Deemed interest in the acquisition of 900,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.20 each of Talam Transform Berhad ("TTB Shares") pursuant to the conditional share sale agreement dated 17 October 2014 (SSA) entered into between Tan Sri Dato (Dr) Ir Chan Ah Chye @ Chan Chong Yoon and Kumpulan Europlus Berhad (KEB). The conditions precedent of the SSA include inter-alia, the approval from the shareholders of KEB.
