(1) Direct acquisition of 10,730,102 ordinary shares of RM0.20 each ("TTB Shares") on 24 July 2014 via open market.

(2) Jejak Progresif Sdn Bhd ("JPSB")has on 24 July 2014 acquired 230,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.20 each via direct business transaction. Tan Sri Dato' (Dr) IR Chan Ah Chye @ Chan Chong Yoon is deemed to have an indirect interest in TTB shares through his son, Chan Tet Eu ("CTE") who has deemed interest in JPSB pursuant to Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965.

(3) Cessation of deemed interest in 734,904 ordinary shares of RM0.20 each held through Prosperous Inn Sdn Bhd ("PISB") due to PISB is in the process of winding up.
