Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those in the announcement in relation to the execution of Binding Agreement on 17 November 2021.

Reference is made to the announcements dated 17 November 2021, 14 February 2022, 15 April 2022 and 13 May 2022 in relation to the Binding Agreement.

The Company wishes to announce that the Company and TIZA Global Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Citaglobal Sdn Bhd) have mutually agreed via a supplemental letter agreement dated 1 June 2022 to further extend the Expiry Date for a further period from 1 June 2022 to 15 June 2022 so as to provide the parties with additional time to negotiate, finalise and execute the Definitive Agreement (“Fourth Supplemental Letter”)

Save for the above, all the terms and provisions of the Binding Agreement shall remain in full force and continue to take effect and be binding to the parties of the Binding Agreement as if the same were specifically set out in the Fourth Supplemental Letter.
