We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 18 November 2019, 13 January 2020, 20 February 2020, 4 August 2020, 24 August 2020, 18 January 2021, 21 January 2021, 16 March 2021, 29 March 2021, 30 March 2021, 12 April 2021, 4 May 2021, 7 May 2021 and 10 May 2021 (“Announcements”) and the Circular to Shareholders of the Company dated 3 March 2020 (“Circular”) in relation to the Proposed Renounceable Rights Issue of Irredeemable Convertible Preference Shares in WZ Satu together with free detachable warrants in WZ Satu which was completed on 10 May 2021 (“Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants”). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in the Announcements and Circular shall have the same meanings as those previously defined.

Pursuant to the Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants, the Company had raised a total gross proceeds of approximately RM56.28 million for funding for future construction and/or project/business financing activities of WZ Satu and subsidiaries. As at 30 June 2021, approximately RM55.57 million of the proceeds raised from the Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants remains unutilised.
